This template does not affect the text in a page; it adds a quality icon to the article tab:

0%		(Empty)
20% or 25%		Incomplete text
50%		Apparently Complete text
70% or 75%		Proofread once; referenced; Cleaned typography and layout
100%		Proofread by two different users
Validated		(Validated)

and adds the page in the corresponding category.
