It would probably be good to remove the redundant word "language" from such categories. "Poems in Polish" is unambiguously about the language. This would contrast with "Polish poems" where either the language or the nationality could be intended. To be grammatically correct even the existing name should be "Poems in '''the''' Polish language". There is no rush to change this.
