Osip Rumer
Osip Rumer (1883—1954) was a Russian poet and translator.
О́сип Бори́сович Ру́мер (1883-1954) — русский поэт-переводчик, филолог-полиглот. Переводил стихи многох поэтов Армении, как средневековых — Фрик, Ованес Ерзинкаци, так и современных — Аветик Исаакян, Ованес Туманян и др.; поэтов Востока — Навои, Низами, Омар Хайам, поэтов Индии. Из европейцев переводил Петефи и Мицкевича, средневековых и ренессансных поэтов Франции и Англии – Джефри Чосер, Эдмунд Спенсер, Филип Сидни, Уильям Шекспир и др.
