File:25Inf-Darwin.jpg

This work is not in the public domain in the United States because its copyright in the U.S. was restored by the URAA as it was still copyrighted in its source country (Argentina) on the URAA date (January 1, 1996). In most cases, it is copyrighted in the U.S. until 95 years after the year in which it was initially published (exceptions are works published after 1977; see commons:Commons:Hirtle chart). English | +/−

This image is in the public domain because the copyright of this photograph, registered in Argentina, has expired. (Both at least 25 years have passed after the photograph was created, and it was first published at least 20 years ago, Law 11.723, Article 34 as amended, and Berne Convention Article 7 (4)). It is in the public domain in Canada because Canada observes the rule of the shorter term. Use this template exclusively for photos and NOT for drawings or other pieces of art. Warning: date and source of any publication prior to 20 year old must be indicated so anyone can check it, and clear evidence that the image was taken more than 25 years ago must be given.
