Gdyby rzeki i jeziora
Zlać w ogromną jedną głąb,
Gdyby wszystkie drzewa w borach
Złączyć w jeden wielki dąb,
Gdyby siekier jak najwięcej
Wziąć i stopić w jeden stop,
Gdyby z ludzi sto tysięcy
Powstał jedej wielki chłop,
Gdyby olbrzym ten potężny
Tę siekierę ujął w dłoń
I ściął dąb ten niebosiężny,
I dąb runąłby w tę toń,
Toby było dużo drzazg.
Toby był i pluski, i trzask.
