Notes
I noticed that Dover Publications published this book in 2009 under ISBN:0486471152 see [1]. I guess that means that the United States company must believe the book is in the public domain, or that they have the licensing rights? -84user 18:30, 19 January 2013 (EST)
- Dover has a long history (at least 50 years) of republishing old works that have fallen into the public domain. Most of their material is likely very safe. Eclecticology 18:24, 20 January 2013 (EST)
