Welcome aboard. I see that Yann has already set up your account. Thanks for the notice. Without such a notice I would not have known that the email account wasn't working, though I did wonder why there had been no messages at all recently. Eclecticology 16:03, 21 June 2014 (PDT)
- Spam I can forward you the e-mail if you want to exchange e-mail addresses. My e-mail is publicly available. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 23:06, 21 June 2014 (PDT)
- Sorry about not answering. I got distracted with a problem in my outgoing e-mail. Incoming has been fine. I keep getting a message about relaying not being allowed. I can now let you know that accounts@wikilivres.ca can now receive messages again. Eclecticology 01:05, 15 July 2014 (PDT)
- About Latin: There may be none here now, but I think it can be encouraged without the need for extensive localization. Nobody has done anything with Georgian and some others since they were dumped here from Wikisource; these are more the kinds of languages that I would discourage in the absence of anyone to curate them. Eclecticology 01:27, 15 July 2014 (PDT)
- IP blocks There is no such thing here as "IP block exempt". After the experience last year with spambots when more than 20,000 accounts were created, I'm very reluctant to open up editing by IPs. Now that the glitch is fixed in the e-mail account, there really aren't a lot of restrictions for new accounts. Eclecticology 22:44, 15 July 2014 (PDT)
Sylvia Plath and internationalisation
Hi, here -> Wikilivres:Localization is gatherd the collections of words you can use to inernationalize some of the phrases on this wiki. These words can be seen in others languages if you use {{int:word}}; eg. if you use {{int:Works in English}} I can see: "Prace w języku angielskim" (in Polish) or "Werke in englisch" (in German) and so on (it depens of the language the user choose in user preferences). Ohters words won't work; only produses inscription like this: <Others words>; so there is no sense to use them. Regards Electron ツ ➧☎ 17:25, 13 February 2015 (PST)
- Internationalization It wasn't working for me: some words were in English, some in Polish, and some were in the form <WORD>. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 13:19, 22 February 2015 (PST)
- It works only for special words that were defined previously and are gathered here - Wikilivres:Localization. I doesn't work for words that aren't defined yet. If you use a word that is not transleted yet you can see it between < >, as eg. <Novel>, because Novel is not translated yet; but e.g. word Novels is translated already and if you use {{int:Novels}}, you can see Novels without < > in English or Powieści in Polish or Романы in Russian and so on; the translation must be put into MediaWiki space; like here -> MediaWiki:Novels (for English), MediaWiki:Novels/pl (for Polish), MediaWiki:Novels/ru (for Russian) an so on. There is possibility to add new words to these set but they must be defined previously by admins (because only admins can edit MediaWiki space); for details, see -> here (section: {{int:message name}}). Regards Electron ツ ➧☎ 17:44, 22 February 2015 (PST)
- En/Pl But why am I seeing Polish? In Special:Preferences, my language default is English. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 19:52, 22 February 2015 (PST)
- OK. There was a mistake in MediaWiki:Poems, I fixed it. Now, it is the page in English, in Polish and in Russian - the only special words are translated. Please make a notice if you see others bugs. Electron ツ ➧☎ 03:47, 23 February 2015 (PST)

Sylvia Plath Poems
Does the collected edition tell when these poems were first published? For copyright purposes this is more important and useful than the date when they were composed. For posthumous works, copyright subsists for 50 years from the date of first publication. Eclecticology 14:54, 8 March 2015 (PDT)
- Publication I'll check and make certain before I add more. Thanks for the heads-up. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 15:41, 8 March 2015 (PDT)
I'm wondering whether it's better with a generic title like Collected Poems to include the disambiguator from the beginning. It's just a matter of time before we run into someone else's collected poems, and need to change many pages. Eclecticology 16:49, 8 March 2015 (PDT)
- Renaming You certainly can rename it. As you can see, I erroneously had it named as "Complete Poems (Plath)" earlier, in anticipation of another work with the same title. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 17:08, 8 March 2015 (PDT)
Thanks for your interest in William Henry Davies. However, I undid your page move. There is no capital I in the title according to the source I used, "The Complete Poems of W. H. Davies". It is one of a series of 26 poems, "The Poet's Alphabet", and the titles are all in the same format.--Poetlister 05:59, 29 March 2015 (PDT)
- Style It appears that we don't have a style guide on capitalization of titles. Has this ever been discussed before? —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 19:14, 29 March 2015 (PDT)
- I'm not aware of any such discussion. I usually just do whatever my source does.--Poetlister 07:16, 6 April 2015 (PDT)
Wikilivres.ru
Dear Justin, I did not know about the necessity of giving a real name for the registration in the site, but I know that you have to give a real e-mail address to be accepted. Your address will be stored and secured from the public, don't worry. I almost sure that this would be just enough. This policy is not my own invention and I am not the host of the site, but I assume this was made to secure it from any vandalism. I and my colleagues would be happy if you join the resource. Try to register again and if this will be unsuccessful, just let me know. I just checked the situation and received the answer: "указания реального имени не требуется. Просто поле такое есть, и нет обозначения, что его можно пропустить" that means that the indication of a real name is optional and you can ignore this requirement. Good luck! Yours, -- Dmitrismirnov 10:10, 30 March 2015 (PDT)
- The services are already improved thanks to you. --Dmitrismirnov 03:35, 31 March 2015 (PDT)
Thanks to you
Thanks for starting the neapolitan localization :D. Sorry for the late response!... you'll find (suprise) that the work on wikisource is already producing some references in case you need them. So.. bemmenuto cumpà. :D --C.R. 13:40, 24 April 2015 (PDT)
some changes with problems
Hi, I have just reverted some changes in the Template:AA and in E. E. Cummings (why did you abbreviate his christian names?) as the do not work in all languages: it's really not easy to use the simple translations from the localization page as some languages are a bit more complicated as English. Cheers, -jkb- 16:00, 21 June 2015 (PDT)
- Changes I have responded at the appropriate places for your (good) questions. As for "E. E. Cummings" he is always credited that way (except for his first publication which was "E. Estlin Cummings"). If there is no way to easily translate "Others" into Czech or German, then choose the best phrase that conveys the same idea: "Other works" or somesuch. Thanks. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 19:54, 21 June 2015 (PDT)
- Justin, you've simply reached the limit of what is possible here: what you are trying is no more a "localization", but a "google machine translator", and it must go wrong. The idea of a localization is OK, but can only be used for basic needs, not for all conceivable situations. You just have to accept the great variability of many languages: depending on the meaning and situation, in Czech, e.g., I can translate the simple word "other" by "jiný" or "další", and now, the Czech loanguage has three genders in singular aqnd three ones in plural - that means I could find up to 12 diferent shapes for it, just beside the fact, that the language has seven grammatical cases with different shapes in many cases again. It is not possible to solve everything with a simple localization. Regards. -jkb- 01:55, 22 June 2015 (PDT)
- Localization I'm definitely trying to make the interface of the site as language-neutral as I can. I know that Czech is notoriously complicated in the regards that you've mentioned. Is it really not possible to find words that mean "Other works" for localization? Even if it can't be done for that language, it can for others, so localization is still useful in that regard. Thanks a lot. Did my changes to Template:AA make sense to you? —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 12:26, 22 June 2015 (PDT)

Ad. Localization question
Well, you are right, it sounds strange... but I am not good in English. I tried only to help User:Paul-Eric Langevin who use it on author's pages created by him, eg. Marie Curie or Pierre Curie, and many else. Could you fix them, please? Electron ツ ➧☎ 03:01, 8 October 2016 (PDT)
- OK. I hope that now all is correct. Electron ツ ➧☎ 18:28, 21 October 2016 (PDT)
"shouting"
to answer your question;
it was "shouting" because that is the way the title appears in the header, insider the .pdf
xD
(i don't have any problems with the change; it's just that is where i copied it from)
