Taken from H.G. Wells on the Polish Corridor:
The Shape of Things to Come (1933), by H.G. Wells, is written in the form of a fictional history book published in the year 2106. Wells uses this perspective to comment on various social and political phenomena of his time. The latter part of Chapter 10 (Versailles: Seed Bed of Disasters [1]) is devoted to expressing the writer's strong objection to the creation of the Polish Corridor by the victorious WWI Allies, on which Wells placed a large portion of the blame for the rise of Hitler, and (correctly) predicted that it would turn out to be the flashpoint of a new Europe-wide war.

Splitting
Massive This is the longest text on Wikilivres and it's definitely to the point where it would break browsers, so I'm splitting it into the divisions in the text by book. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 22:21, 27 July 2014 (PDT)
- Agreed. I saw this one before, and I'm happy someone did this before I did. Thanks. Eclecticology 14:08, 28 July 2014 (PDT)
